Food delivery company Zomato and instant delivery service Blinkit have reached a merger agreement. The value of the Blinkit deal is between $700 million and $750 million, the source said on condition of anonymity as it is a private matter.
Cowbell raises $100M

Cowbell Cyber, a full-cycle insurer that provides cyber insurance to small and medium-sized businesses, has raised $100 million that it will use to continue investing in data science and risk engineering, as well as technology underwriting, claims management and reinsurance. Doctolib $6.4 billion valuation

French startup Doctolib has announced that it has raised a new round of funding. In this round, the company reached a valuation of 5.8 billion euros, or $6.4 billion at today’s exchange rate. This makes Doctolib the most valuable French startup.
